# Agents Phrase

This video covers the key movements in the Agents sequence and features in our year 4 lessons. To perform this sequence, please follow the instructions below.

**Agents Phase Sequence**
Follow the steps on the video and begin the phase with protective hands and punch forward. Follow this with a quick duck down, keeping your body low and stable, using your hands on the floor. Next,  perform a pencil jump, keeping your body straight as you jump vertically.

From here, move into a squat, climb, balance combination — squat low, mimic a climbing motion, and hold a balanced stance at the top. Transition into kicks, using control. Continue with a crossover feet step, switching legs over one another to show agility. Finish the sequence with a strong jump, landing in a defensive hands position.
