Longer lunchtimes can increase pupils’ health

“Schools are being advised to increase the length of their lunch breaks so that children have enough time to exercise, socialise and make healthy food choices.

The recommendation is one of many that has come out of an investigation looking at what a Welsh council can do to ensure children have the healthiest start in life possible.”
