A Unique Primary PE Teaching Resource

What We Do

Our mission is to move PE forward in partnership with primary schools like yours. We provide high-quality, streamlined lesson planning that aims to simplify the path to teaching success while helping your students improve their skill development, learn cooperation and self-reflection, and develop a lifelong love of physical activity and sport. Together, we can help elevate PE to a core curriculum component, creating healthier schools and communities.

We are your one-stop shop for content and tools to improve primary PE lesson planning, delivery, and teacher development. We can be your start point, end point, a dipping-in-and-out point, or a trouble-shooting partner at any stage of your PE and sport planning.

What our teachers have to say

We have adopted the planning and assessment from The PE Hub throughout the school. Our teachers have a range of experience and confidence in teaching PE but all have found the plans to be an outstanding resource. Whether teachers have followed the plans closely and used the specific teaching points and breakdown of skills or whether they have used the outlines and added their own ideas around them; everyone values the plans. Most importantly, the quality of teaching and children’s enjoyment of PE has increased hugely since we started using the plans.

These plans are really easy to follow and have helped me to improve my PE lessons. Using the clearly outlined structure has improved the flow of my lessons, maximising the time children spent on activity as a result. Using clearly defined success criteria in PE makes it much easier to engage and focus children, challenging them mentally as well as physically. I found the PE lesson plans particularly useful when teaching skills; breaking the skill down and then ensuring it’s used in the whole session really helped the children’s progression.
