Let’s Dance is the UK’s first nationwide movement, led by Angela Rippon CBE, to promote the physical and mental benefits of dance.

At The PE Hub, we love to see people dancing, moving, and enjoying the freedom that comes with it. Dance not only supports physical development but also builds confidence, coordination, and creativity—key components of a well-rounded PE curriculum.

Dance organisations, charities, community groups and celebrities will come together on Sunday 2 March 2025 with just one objective – to get more people dancing.

On this day, The Royal Ballet School will be opening its doors in Covent Garden, London to the public to participate in a variety of dance classes for free.

Never danced before but always wanted to give it a go? This is the event for you! The Royal Ballet School invites anyone and everyone to come along, no matter your age or ability.

Dancing brings a unique combination of benefits to individuals, communities, and society. Dance gets us moving – together – to tackle chronic health challenges, combat loneliness, and spend time with people we wouldn’t usually meet.

The Royal Ballet School aims to help raise awareness of the benefits of dance, by making it easier than ever to join in, whatever your fitness level, age or experience.

Now is your opportunity to join this national day of dance and be taught by the renowned teachers at The Royal Ballet School.

Bookings are essential and opened on the 3 February 2025.
