Agents Phrase Accesible Actions

This video shows the steps for the Agents Phrase – Accessible Actions. This video is designed to be inclusive and suitable for all learners, including those participating in a seated position. It covers a simplified and accessible version of the Agents sequence.

Agents Phrase - Accessible Sequence
Begin the sequence with strong punches out in front, engaging the arms with energy. Follow this with controlled leg lifts, lifting one leg at a time while keeping your upper body tall. Next, drop your head down gently, then reach forward with both arms to simulate movement and stretch. Continue with a climb motion, using your arms to mimic pulling yourself up while staying seated. Move into stamps, pressing your feet down firmly or miming the action if preferred. Then perform kicks or alternative arm or leg movements that feel comfortable and safe. Follow this with a gentle spin or a round motion of the upper body. Finish with a strong action: push your hands out as if creating space, showing control and intent.
