Chest Pass Teaching Points
- Grip: Spread fingers wide behind the ball.
- Position: Keep elbows relaxed with the ball close to the chest.
- Weight Transfer: Shift weight from the back foot to the front foot as you pass.
- Push: Straighten arms and push the ball away from the chest.
- Follow Through: Finish with fingers pointing towards the target.
