We created Well-being units to support our schools in delivering alternative activities to the more commonly taught PE games. This well-being video guides the teacher through various ball skill challenges for KS1 pupils to build confidence and enjoyment.
Ball skills help develop hand-eye coordination, gross and fine motor skills and increase confidence. Ball skills are transferable to many games, including all those you will go on to teach in your PE lessons, such as tennis, volleyball, netball and many more.
