We created Well-being units to support our schools in delivering alternative activities to the more commonly taught PE games. We have videos that contain fun challenges with progressions you can use to create your own well-being lessons.
This pairs throwing activity starts with an easier task of rolling back and forth between the pairs, using alternating hands. Once pupils are confident with rolling they can move onto the throwing progressions.
