Overview

Our physically distanced lesson plans are designed to help you teach PE whilst maintaining a 2metre distance. All lessons will take on board AfPE guidelines but please do miss out an activity or lesson if it will not work for your school e.g., not enough space.

Each lesson plan will include a starter activity, cool down, teaching points and key questions as well as the main activity.  Supporting videos and materials can be found in the unit overview and lesson itself.

Please note, our existing lessons can be adapted for your needs and your school’s specific situation.  We suggest avoiding team games but gymnastics, dance, OAA, tennis, badminton, athletics, send and return and run, jump, throw and so on can be adapted by teachers to suit each class and school.
