As many rounds as possible - Balance focus
In the time given, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
KS 1 – 1 round =
- 5 second tiptoe hold
- 5 Second heel balance
- 5 second abdominal hold
- 10 high knees
Time limit 2 minutes
KS 2 – 1 round =
- 10 second tiptoe hold
- 10 Second heel balance
- 10 second abdominal hold
- 10 high knees
Time limit 2 – 3 minutes
Rest for 90 seconds and repeat!

Supporting ideas
- Give the children some marbles or markers, each time they complete a round they move a marker so they know how many rounds they have done at the end.
- Record the score from the first attempt, can they beat it the second time around?
- You know your children; extend or reduce the amount of time for working and resting as you see fit, we have provided a guide.
